Refund Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process. Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible. If the product is too damaged to return, please provide clear photographic evidence of the damages to assist with processing your claim.

All eligible returned or damaged items will be reimbursed by Lady Gouldian Finch Canada, excluding any shipping and handling fees. To qualify for a refund or replacement, the item must be returned or we must receive photographic evidence of the damage.

Please note that damages occurring outside of our control, such as those caused during shipping or by customs, are addressed according to our shipping policies. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will handle each case with care and attention.

Accidents Can Happen:
If we inadvertently ship the wrong item to you, please notify us promptly. We will gladly cover the postage costs for the return. To ensure we can send the correct item without delay, we kindly ask that you provide proof of the return, such as a tracking or shipping number. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until we have confirmation that the incorrect item is on its way back to us.

Once we receive the returned item or verified proof of return, we will promptly ship the correct replacement. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to resolve any shipping errors efficiently.
