Shipping and Delivery
At this time, Lady Gouldian Finch Canada ships merchandise to locations within Canada, Mexico, and other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Policy

Returned parcels by a foreign governing authority may be reissued at the buyer's expense.
All returned items will be reimbursed, excluding shipping and handling.
Shipping charges may be reduced when buying more than one item.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Please check with Lady Gouldian Finch Canada for total shipping charges, as these may vary depending on dimensions and weight.
Back-ordered items will be delivered as soon as they are received.
Special order items can take up to 21 business days to deliver (due to the pandemic), as these are sizes we do not regularly keep in stock.

International
Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
All non-domestic shipments are subject to a $10 USD handling fee, applied via invoice.
It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to verify whether your country permits shipment of your products. Lady Gouldian Finch Canada is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from improper international shipping practices by the buyer.
